What to expect at our practice
On your first visit, a thorough history, orthopaedic, neurological & chiropractic examination will be performed and if indicated you’ll be referred for X-rays.
If X-rays are indicated, these can be claimed through Medicare and can be taken at any local imaging service provider. Please bring any existing X-rays with you to this consultation. Also bring any CT or MRI reports. Allow 60 minutes for a comprehensive examination. A referral is not required.
If it is deemed to be safe, you can expect to be treated during this consultation. Advice and rehabilitation exercises, necessary to accelerate your recovery, will be provided. Subsequent appointments will include revised exercises as your condition improves. These consultations are 30 minutes long.
What to Wear
Please wear suitable attire to your first consultation. Loose sportswear is best. We can provide a gown if necessary.

Payments
On-the-spot private health fund rebates are available for chiropractic services using HICAPS. Fees for services are payable on the day of consultation.
Cancellations
Please provide two business days’ notice (48 hrs), if you cannot make your appointment. In failing to do so, you will incur the full fee of your consultation (at the discretion of your practitioner) at the following consultation.
